As a Supporting Operations Coordinator at Randstad Digital, you act as the essential link between clients, suppliers, freelancers, and internal teams. You will manage the entire operational process from A to Z within an entrepreneurial and customer-oriented environment.
Your Future Responsibilities
* End-to-End Administration: Manage the full assignment lifecycle, from onboarding to the final invoice and termination.
* Contract Management: Handle the follow-up, processing, layout, and dispatch of contracts, including implementing detailed changes.
* Operational Contact Point: Serve as the central contact for stakeholders; resolve questions or problems and provide necessary feedback.
* Financial Liaison: Act as the internal contact for the finance department to resolve invoicing issues by coordinating with customers.
* Process Optimization: Monitor onboarding progress and the receipt of signed contracts using the internal tooling landscape.
* Proactive Communication: Maintain stakeholder relations and independently contact parties to obtain missing documents or data.
Your Profile
* Experience: Initial work experience in a customer-facing and administrative environment.
* Administrative Excellence: Strong skills in handling details and figures, with a critical eye for spotting errors.
* Communication & Resilience: Strong problem-solving skills and stress-resistance; ability to stand your ground while maintaining good relations.
* Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) and a good verbal and written knowledge of French.
* Mindset: A healthy interest in learning about contracts as well as tax and social legislation.
