Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of complex
electromechanical and mechatronic systems, with emphasis on aerospace and robotic applications. Suggest and implement methods to improve
operational efficiency
across machine-building processes. Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and R&D teams to bring
innovative designs
from concept to reality. Support
product testing, validation, and continuous improvement
initiatives to ensure reliability and performance.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
(or equivalent technical background). Ability to read, interpret, and apply
mechanical/electrical designs, schematics, and system documentation. Strong
problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
to tackle challenges in robotics and aerospace machine design. Ability to
multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
in a fast-paced engineering environment. A passion for advancing
robotics, aerospace systems, and high-performance machinery .
