About this role:
- Lead and coach a team of 6 sales and customer success professionals
- Streamline inefficient processes and build a solid commercial team focused on client satisfaction
- Develop a strong approach to prospecting, client retention, and public tenders
- Collaborate with marketing to run high-impact campaigns and expand our commercial presence beyond Belgium
- Be a voice of clarity, ambition, and leadership within your team and across the organization
Your profile:
- 4 to 8 years of B2B experience in a dynamic environment (HR, tech, SaaS)
- A natural leader who listens, challenges, motivates, and inspires others
- Native Dutch speaker with good command of French and English
- Comfortable with complex sales cycles and able to work independently
