to join our Belgian commercial team.

What you'll be doing
* Manage the full sales process
from lead identification to contracting with accurate follow-up in the CRM system
* Build long-term customer relationships
and strategic business partnerships in order to support clients through their journey from idea to patient.
* Identify customer needs
, respond to inquiries and propose creative solutions in a timely manner
* Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities in order t
o achieve sales targets
* Develop, implement and driv
e sales strategies
and actions to expand the life science business
* Build new and expand existing client relationshi
ps across multiple functions with key decision makers at C-suite and operational level
* Expand your network in the medical device and life sciences sector by playing a
n active role in different networking associations
* In addition to an external network, you also build your
internal network
within the organization with QbD consultants, sales colleagues, HR, marketing… We do sales together, with you in the lead.
What you bring
* Master's degree in a scientific field, with
5+ years of sales experience within Life Science service/consulting companies
.
* Strong track record in building and managing relationships
with mid to senior-level stakeholders;
* Established network
within the pharma/biotech sector (QA, Manufacturing, Validation, Site Heads, GM's);
* Comfortable discussing technical topics
in medical devices, pharma, and biotech;
* Ability to
engage clients across key areas of product development
: clinical, regulatory, quality, validation, and software validation;
* The
ambition to be in the lead and to contribute significantly to the sales strategy
elaboration of the Walloon entity with direct contact with the management team
* The willingness to develop your technical and sales competencies via
internal trainings
* Fluency in French and in English.
