Why this role matters


As a Customer Manager – Controlling profile, you join our Services team and support clients across Wallonia, Luxembourg and France.

You work closely with CFOs, CEOs and Controlling teams, acting as a trusted financial partner.

Your mission is to help them structure, analyze and optimize their performance management, ensuring they extract maximum value from EMAsphere as a strategic reporting and decision-making tool.

This role is ideal for finance professionals who want to move closer to business impact, customer interaction and technology, without losing the depth of financial expertise.


About you



Your mission


You accompany existing customers in the evolution of their financial reporting and performance management.

You combine controlling expertise, analytical thinking and customer success to deliver concrete, value-driven solutions.



What you'll do


Optimize financial performance management (post-implementation)

* Lead additional project requests for customers already live: business needs analysis, configuration of new KPIs and deployment of advanced functionalities.
* Review existing reporting structures (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) and propose optimizations and best practices through EMAsphere.
* Act as a financial reference for projects requiring consolidation or complex financial data transformations.

Strategic follow-up & customer success

* Maintain regular, proactive contact with your customer portfolio (mainly finance profiles).
* Analyze platform usage and proactively suggest new performance analyses (dashboards, budgeting scenarios, forecasts).
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to build long-term partnerships.

Pre-sales support & partner collaboration

* Support the Sales team by bringing strong financial credibility during advanced demos and product explanations.
* Assess the operational and financial feasibility of projects to validate the relevance of proposed solutions for prospects and customers.

Product & finance expertise

* Use your controlling background to design coherent and reliable financial data models.
* Collect complex business needs from the field and share them with the Product team to influence the roadmap.


Who you are


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or Economics.

Solid experience in Controlling, Financial Audit or Financial Software Consulting.

Strong mastery of financial concepts (closing processes, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow).

Comfortable working with numbers, data and information systems.

Fluent in French with a very good level of English.

Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a clear sense of synthesis.

Customer-oriented, proactive and motivated by solving real business challenges.
