Job DescriptionSenior Salesforce Consultant / Salesforce DeveloperThe opportunityOn behalf of a leading digital consulting organisation, we are supporting the search for an experienced Salesforce Consultant / Developer to join a growing Salesforce practice in Belgium.This organisation operates at the intersection of business strategy, technology and customer experience, delivering large-scale digital transformation projects for clients across both the public and private sectors. The environment is collaborative, international and innovation-driven, with a strong focus on quality, integrity and long-term impact.The roleAs a Salesforce Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver customer-centric Salesforce solutions. You will play a hands-on role in the full project lifecycle, while also acting as a trusted advisor to clients.Your responsibilities will include:Contributing to the design, development, testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions aligned with client requirements.Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Supporting and evolving architecture standards, development frameworks and best practices.Working within cross-functional digital teams to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions.Providing technical input for pre-sales activities, proposals and RFPs.Continuously developing your skills through mentoring, knowledge sharing and project experience.Your backgroundWe are looking for curious, collaborative problem-solvers with a strong consulting mindset and a passion for Salesforce technology.You will ideally bring:Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation projects.Experience with one or more Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.Practical knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools such as Flow Builder.Understanding of development lifecycles, code management and Salesforce best practices.Familiarity with relational database concepts.Salesforce certifications (e.G.
