Senior Web Developer – On-site (Ghent, Wintercircus)

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Web Developer to join an exciting project based in the heart of Ghent at Wintercircus – a creative, collaborative tech hub.
This is a full-time, on-site role with the flexibility to occasionally work remotely when needed. We're open to contractors but ideally looking for someone who can join us on payroll.
What We’re Looking For:
* Senior-level experience in modern web development (React, Node.js, or similar frameworks)
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable web applications
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Based in or willing to relocate to Ghent
What You’ll Get:

* Choice between a freelance contract and payroll employment
* Occasional remote work is possible when needed
* Future flexibility: up to 2 days remote per week once the team is established
