MISSION
The role of the Purchasing Category Manager is a key role within the Purchasing department to take care of the purchase of important projects related to maintenance and services.
THE POSITION
* Define of purchasing strategy;
* Negotiate at high level key strategic contracts;
* Define KPI’s to monitor purchasing activities;
* Manage a small team of strategic buyers;
* Mobilize internal resources;
* Maintain network with all departments of the group;
THE PROFILE
* Bachelor or Master degree;
* Proven experience (min 5 years) in purchasing;
* Excellent negotiation skills;
* Strong team member skills;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Personal skills: business acumen, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, hands-on, ability to manage complexity;
* Fluency in Dutch and/or French (and preferably English).
