In this client-facing, high-impact role, you will work closely with our clients to align their business goals with effective technical solutions, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. If you thrive in complex environments, enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders, and excel at bringing structure to change, this role is for you Key responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic objectives. Facilitate collaboration between business teams, IT departments, and external partners to drive successful outcomes. Define project scope, objectives, KPIs, timelines, and governance structures, while implementing effective change management processes. Ensure comprehensive risk, budget, and resource management throughout project lifecycles. Translate strategic priorities into actionable workstreams that promote sustainable change. Organize and lead workshops and steering committees, providing regular updates to management. Monitor delivery outcomes and champion continuous improvement What do you bring to the table? 4-6 years of experience in a consulting firm or large organisation. Proven track record delivering digital or technology transformation initiatives (not limited to ERP) Eager to learn about new emerging technologies and different technological solutions Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with a talent for stakeholder alignment. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification are a plus What do we bring to the table?
