Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support for the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform
* Maintain and enhance existing workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning processes
* Support and optimise Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes
* Manage user access requests, approvals, certifications, and access reviews
* Troubleshoot and resolve access-related and provisioning issues
* Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability
* Support integrations with enterprise applications and directory services
* Collaborate with IAM and security teams to strengthen governance and compliance
Key Requirements
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
* Proven experience supporting and maintaining live IIQ environments
* Strong understanding of IAM principles (RBAC, access governance, identity lifecycle management)
* Experience with access certifications, request workflows, and provisioning integrations
* Background xphnsxz working in large, complex enterprise environments
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a freelance capacity
