Key Responsibilities

This role involves leading system improvement projects across Quality, Safety, Environment, and Information Security domains. You will drive certification readiness by preparing for and leading external/internal audits; ensuring compliance with key standards and customer-specific requirements.
You will also coach and guide internal teams by running training and awareness sessions on standards and best practices. Additionally, you will own process governance by supporting process owners in aligning documentation, controls, and KPIs with business and compliance needs.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring continuous alignment with evolving standards and customer expectations. You will act as an audit lead, coordinating internal assessments and self-evaluations, following up on actions and improvements.
