Als Field Service Engineer ben jij het gezicht van Fike bij onze klanten en lever je hoogwaardige technische service op onze explosie-onderdrukkings- en isolatiesystemen. Wanneer je niet op verplaatsing bent, voer je administratieve en rapporteringstaken uit vanuit je home office.
Uitvoeren van inbedrijfstellingen, preventief en correctief onderhoud, inspecties en herstellingen aan Fike explosieventilatiesystemen op klantlocaties
Bieden van technische ondersteuning aan klanten, zowel op locatie als op afstand
Opbouwen van sterke en professionele klantrelaties door uitstekende service te leveren
Zelfstandig plannen en beheren van je eigen agenda, inclusief reizen en accommodatie
Frequent reizen, soms op korte termijn, binnen de Benelux en Europa
Multidisciplinaire achtergrond in elektriciteit, mechanica, besturing en instrumentatie
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om technische concepten uit te leggen aan niet-technische klanten zowel in het Nederlands als Engels
Opleiding & Ervaring
Diploma in een relevante technische richting (elektromechanica, elektriciteit of gelijkaardig)
Zowel ervaren techniekers als pas afgestudeerden met een technisch diploma komen in aanmerking
Voor pas afgestudeerden: sterke leergierigheid, passie voor technologie en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel om zelfstandig te werken
Goede kennis van Windows, Gmail, Word en Excel
Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (gesproken en geschreven)
In het bezit van een geldig Europees rijbewijs B

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of Fike at customer sites, delivering high-quality technical service on our explosion suppression and isolation systems. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated engineer who enjoys travel, autonomy, and hands-on technical challenges.
When not travelling, you will carry out administrative and reporting tasks from your home office.
Perform commissioning, preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Fike explosion vent systems at customer locations
Provide technical support to customers, both on-site and remotely
Build strong and professional customer relationships by delivering excellent service
Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
Independently plan and manage your own schedule, including travel and accommodation
Support other European regions when required
Strong electrical, mechanical, and electronic engineering skills
Ability to work independently in various industrial environments
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers in both Dutch and English
Degree in a relevant technical discipline (electromechanics, electrical engineering, or similar)
Both experienced technicians and recent graduates with a technical degree are welcome to apply
For graduates: strong willingness to learn, passion for technology, and a high sense of responsibility to work independently
