We are looking for an Data Analytic Translator ('AI Coach') to support the adoption and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence across departments.
As an AI Coach, you will act as a facilitator, advisor and trainer: helping teams identify high-value use cases, guiding them in the effective use of AI tools, and ensuring that deployed solutions are adopted and aligned with both business objectives and regulatory requirements.
This role requires a unique blend of expertise, AI awareness, change management, and strong interpersonal skills.
Function description
The AI Coach will focus on the delivery of analytics use cases, driving their life cycle:
* Identify and Prioritize Use Cases
* Assess the current processes and practices to spot opportunities for automation
* Collaborate with stakeholders to capture ideas and assess feasibility/impact of AI solutions.
* Support the design and implementation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilots.
* Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities and AI governance framework.
* Support Adoption and Change
* Accompany staff in the day-to-day use of already existing AI solutions (e.g. Copilot), ensuring effective adoption and productivity gains. ( ex: Create a reference library of prompts for HR,...)
* Act as the bridge between teams and central AI departments.
* Share best practices and success stories to foster a culture of innovation.
* Evangelize and Educate
* Raise awareness of AI opportunities within the department.
* Deliver training, workshops, and hands-on sessions on the use of AI-powered tools.
Language requirements
* Dutch, French & English
Education
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (candidates with other academic backgrounds with knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply).
Required experience / knowledge
* You have at least 6 years of relevant experience
Technical experience mandatory
* Strong culture in AI/GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models) and their applications in HR.
* Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
* Familiarity with AI governance, risks, and ethical considerations.
Business experience mandatory
* Experience in leading transformation initiatives, ideally in digital or AI adoption.
* Strong facilitation and training skills (workshops, coaching sessions, presentations).
* Ability to inspire, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
