About ADLC
ADLC is an Antwerp-based start-up revolutionizing drone logistics. Founded in 2021, we achieved the world's first dangerous-goods drone transport in a port environment in 2024. Today, we operate daily express drone transport services in the Port of Antwerp and proudly hold the "2024 Supply Chain Start-Up of the Year" title. Our mission is to scale our services worldwide and set the standard in drone-based logistics.
To achieve this, we are expanding our team and looking for a Sales Manager to support the expansion of our drone delivery services. This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused professional with a passion for sales, relationship management, operational excellence and innovation.
The Role
As our Sales Manager, you will:
* Drive new‐business growth by identifying promising prospects, initiating meaningful conversations, and converting them into long‐term ADLC partners.
* Build strong early‐stage relationships with newly acquired customers by understanding their operational needs and positioning ADLC's solutions as a clear performance advantage.
* Serve as the commercial link between prospects and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding and aligning operational capabilities with customer expectations.
* Strengthen ADLC's market presence by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, consistently generating fresh leads and connections.
* Contribute on‐site in Antwerp within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where your commercial initiative directly shapes ADLC's expansion and the future of logistics.
Who You Are
* You have prior experience and a proven ability to drive company growth by enlarging customer portfolio and retaining existing customers.
* You're fluent in English and in Dutch, both written and spoken.
* You relish fast-paced, evolving start-up environments and enjoy proposing bold commercial ideas.
* You're a self-starter who takes ownership of your work, excited by the opportunity to influence sales and business development direction.
* You find drone logistics fascinating and are eager to boost its launch and adoption from the market.
