General information Reference 2025-232 Job title Technical Account Manager Contractual hours Full-time Job description About us Wygwam, a division of the Niko Group, is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions across various sectors. We are seeking 4 skilled Technical Account Managers to support our dedicated Niko Home Control installers, focusing on both commercial and technical aspects. This role involves building an ecosystem of installers and their target audience, while also expanding the network of architects and developers to better support our installers. Key Responsibilities Account Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of account plans and growth actions for key building companies and architects. Market Insights: Understand key business drivers in the installation and integrator environment and translate these into opportunities for Wygwam. Sales Strategy Contribution: Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing insights into current business and long-term customer plans. Sales Target Monitoring: Define sales targets, monitor market pricing trends, track competitor activity, and ensure appropriate response strategies are in place. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and expand existing customer relationships, acting as the primary contact for technical inquiries. Technical Support: Assist in resolving technical issues, delivering brief workshops, and explaining complex technical concepts to customers. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to present technical solutions and demonstrate the value of products or services to customers. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience through prompt and efficient technical support. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of technical aspects of products and services, including new developments and trends. Strategic Planning: Assist in strategically planning the deployment of technology to maximize value for customers. Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between customers and product development by collecting and sharing feedback. Profile Technical Skills Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the product or service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset. Problem-solving ability and analytical insight. Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers. Commercial skills and customer relationship management experience. Soft Skills Organized and Structured: Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to account management. Team Player: Excellent coordination abilities and teamwork skills. Process-Driven: Focused on processes and results with a "get-it-done" attitude. Adaptable: Eager to learn and open to change.
