Your Mission:
You will be the single point of ownership for our entire European printing ecosystem. Your primary goal is to stabilise and optimise this vital service, ensuring that our logistics operations—which depend heavily on printed documentation—run without interruption.
You will be responsible for:
* Designing & Owning the Service: Building a robust support structure, mapping the entire service landscape, and defining future-proof processes.
* Leading Vendor Relations: Acting as the primary contact for major print providers, holding them accountable to SLAs, and driving continuous improvement.
* Managing Crises & Preventing Problems: Leading the response to major incidents, conducting deep-dive root cause analyses, and implementing lasting solutions.
* Driving Governance: Integrating service management best practices and using data-driven insights from tools like Datadog to monitor and report on service health.
What You Bring (The Essentials):
* Proven experience (3-5 years) in an IT Service Owner, Service Manager, or similar role with a strong process focus.
* Solid understanding of print infrastructure, including experience managing large printer fleets and working with vendors like Kyocera, Canon, or HP.
* Expertise in ITIL frameworks, particularly in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
* A track record of excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
* Strong analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions and improve service performance.
* Fluency in English is required.
