As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling a variety of incoming queries through phone, email, and live chat (Chatter). Your mission is to provide fast, friendly, and efficient support while ensuring a positive customer experience. Tasks : Answer incoming customer calls and emails in Dutch and French Respond to live chat inquiries via Chatter Assist customers with product or service-related questions Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution Keep internal systems updated with accurate customer information Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales, logistics, etc.) We are looking for a Customer Advisor that : You are perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French (spoken and written) You have strong communication and interpersonal skills You are dynamic, proactive, and customer-focused You are comfortable with handling multiple channels (calls, emails, chat) Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environmen...
