Context

Our client is an international player in the medical devices industry, operating in a highly regulated and quality-driven environment.

As part of the RPS R&D team, you provide operational and project support to ensure the successful execution of R&D projects. Acting as a key interface between R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics and Project teams, you ensure material availability, on-time deliveries and efficient project coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

This role combines supply chain coordination, international logistics and project management support in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination

* Act as the main interface between R&D teams and Supply Chain stakeholders.
* Create and follow up material requests in SAP according to project requirements.
* Ensure project and material information is accurately maintained in SAP and other ERP tools.
* Coordinate shipments of parts and equipment to customer and project sites worldwide.
* Prepare, verify and manage export and shipping documentation.
* Monitor deliveries and proactively communicate any delays, incidents or changes to relevant stakeholders.
* Support material availability and logistics activities to ensure project timelines are met.

Project Coordination & PMO Support

* Support Project Managers in project planning, execution, tracking and reporting activities.
* Consolidate and maintain project portfolio information including schedules, risks, budgets, resources and KPIs.
* Ensure projects comply with PMO standards, governance processes and methodologies.
* Contribute to project reviews, gate reviews, audits and governance meetings.
* Maintain PMO documentation, templates and reporting tools.
* Provide administrative support to the management team and act as backup for the Management Assistant when required.

Experience & Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, International Transport or equivalent through experience.
* First professional experience in logistics or supply chain environments is mandatory.
* Experience in project support, PMO, or project management environments is an asset
* Strong organizational, analytical and reporting skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira and Power BI is an asset.
* Experience with SAP is considered a plus.
* Knowledge of Incoterms, export regulations and international logistics processes.
* Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
