At Virya Grid Solutions, we develop renewable energy projects from initial concept through construction and into operations. Our team takes a thoughtful approach to project development, creating onshore wind farms and ground-mounted solar installations designed for maximum impact and community benefit. As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the management, operation, and follow-up of a portfolio of renewable energy assets (EnR) in their operational phase. Working closely with a small, skilled team within the Asset Management department, you will play a key role in maximizing production while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and budgetary control.
Ensure full compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations
Support O&M planning for development and repowering projects
You hold a degree in Engineering (General, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental); You have a solid background in contract management and enjoy negotiating with various stakeholders
You are highly interested in both the technical and financial performance of projects
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken (mandatory for this role)
You are comfortable with IT tools and data applications, especially Excel, Power BI, and Power Platform
