We are looking for an Administrative Employee to join our Program Commercial Support team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, invoicing, updating data and KPIs for different clients. You will work in support of the Program teams, offering mutual support while being autonomous in action. Responsibilities:
Review of customer orders and encoding in SAP for different customers
Encoding and updating Master Data in SAP (customer data, items, prices, framework contracts, etc.)
Interactions with customers when requests for changes to these delivery agreements (change of date, volume, price, consolidation to reduce environmental impacts, etc.)
Invoicing for different customers (series, spare parts, repairs) and management of payment reminders
Preparation of offers for customers (standard calculation, layout) for spare parts and repairs
Updating KPIs (visual summary) for invoicing, delivery performance and monitoring of environmental aspects
Customer contacts for order management and invoicing
Investment in understanding SAP, the AirSupply tool and programs
Planning of daily and unplanned actions with rigor and reliability Expectations:
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Strong learning ability to understand the tool and programs
Ability to work independently while following the guidance of the Programs
Communication skills for customer contacts in plain English (email, telephone)
Ability to work with rigor, reliability and precision Tools :
SAP for managing customer orders, Master Data, invoicing and KPIs
AirSupply for managing customer orders
Excel for the preparation of offers, the price catalog of spare parts, invoicing KPIs and monitoring of NCs for repairs
