This role is ideal for a hands-on and strategic IT professional who enjoys working across multiple departments and driving technology improvements in a fast-paced environment.As IT Manager, you will oversee the company's technology ecosystem across multiple properties, including hardware, software, PMS, POS, reporting tools, integrations, and infrastructure. You'll also support upcoming hotel openings and work closely with external IT and software partners.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and optimise IT systems across all propertiesManage PMS, POS, reporting tools, and software integrationsSupport technology setup for new hotel openingsDrive automation, reporting, and data management initiatives using Power BICoordinate with external IT and software partnersTroubleshoot system and operational issues across departmentsSupport long-term technology and infrastructure strategyRequirementsExperience in IT operations, hospitality technology, or digital infrastructureStrong understanding of PMS, POS, reporting tools, and integrationsExperience with Power BI and data reporting preferredHospitality or multi-site experience is a plusSolution-oriented, hands-on, and proactive mindsetFluent English required; Dutch and/or French preferred, German is a plusEU working rights required
