* You design and implement an efficient workflow for integrating payroll data from our software into accounting systems.
* You optimize existing accounting output documents (journal entries, export files, etc.).
* You support the setup and optimization of automated integrations with accounting software.
* You contribute to the development of reporting and dashboards that provide customer-focused insights.
* You advise customers on setting up, adjusting, or optimizing their chart of accounts within the context of our applications.
* You collaborate closely with internal teams (payroll, software development, IT, customer teams) to ensure a coherent and scalable service offering.
* You act as the subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for this new service line.
What are we looking for?
* You have a minimum of
3 years of relevant experience
in accounting, payroll, or finance.
* You have a solid understanding of payroll administration and accounting structures (charts of accounts).
* You possess experience with accounting software and/or system integrations as a strong asset.
* You have a process-driven mindset, able to work autonomously, and comfortable in a pioneering role.
* You are a clear and professional communicator, both with clients and internal stakeholders.
* You are fluent in spoken and written
