Business Administrator & Controller
Our Client is a fast-growing startup that develops cutting-edge software. With deployments across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, and over 50% annual growth in the last four years, our 15-person team is expected to double in size over the next three years.
In this context, we are looking for a structured and pragmatic Business Administrator & Controller who can ensure the internal operations are well organized, policies are properly maintained, and project tracking is under control. This role is designed to complement the existing Administration Manager, focusing specifically on structure, planning, and control, without managerial responsibilities.
As our Business Administrator & Controller, your main responsibilities will include:
• Development and maintenance of internal policies and operational standards
• Tracking and consolidation of timesheets
• Monitoring of project’s budgets, efforts, and deadlines (non-technical aspects)
• Planning and coordination of internal resources (teams & projects)
• Production and maintenance of internal dashboards (finance, HR, operations)
• Administrative support to the Executive Committee
• Contribution to operational order and anticipation of organizational needs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in management, accounting or human resources
• A structured mindset focused on order and operational control
• Ability to work within a defined framework
• Proven experience in administrative roles requiring rigor and multitasking, ideally in SMEs or startups
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in French and a good command of English
