Product Owner Dynamics Finances
The Dynamics Product Owner is responsible for the functional vision and prioritization of the evolutions of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution, in line with business needs. It acts as an interface between business users and IT teams, without replacing a pure functional analyst or a financial expert.
Description of the mission:
* Capture the customer's requirements, formalize them, ensure the implementation of the IT solution with the agreed quality, measure the level of customer satisfaction and propose the appropriate corrective actions.
* Assist the customer in formulating their needs. Identify requirements, including interviews, participant observation, document and procedure review, event lists.
* Specify customer requirements through diagrams and dictionaries, natural language statements, prototypes, scenarios, or pre-release user manuals.
* Actively participate in projects as a functional analyst.
* Consolidate workload estimates in man-days, related to software adaptations and developments.
* Create, maintain, review operational documentation (procedures, etc.) to ensure a smooth and continuous implementation of services.
* Competence in Transformation Program involving the implementation of a CRM solution (Relationship Management and CMT (Case Management tool)
* Ensure the implementation of digital processes through the Dynamics 365 CRM platform
* Implementation of KPIs & reporting on the implementation project
* Plan and control the delivery of these adaptations and software developments.
* Support the accounting/finance team in the management of their ERP tools
* Competence in identifying business needs and formalizing requirements to ensure the development of appropriate solutions.
