As a Product Manager for Continence Care (CC) you will be responsible for driving and implementing the strategy for our Core Business product portfolio. You will report to the Sr. Market Manager Benelux.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive the sales growth in Coloplast’s Continence Care division, having the opportunity to work with truly innovative and market leading products. Our Continence Care product range contains a range of innovative catheters that make the consumers feel secure and confident. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Continence Care business in Belgium & Luxemburg. This is a role for an experienced and enthusiastic marketer who can take a strategic view of the market and identify growth opportunities.
To be successful, you will develop a strategic marketing plan and execute campaigns through the sales team, and be able to communicate the product benefits to all customer groups. You will develop effective relationships to drive growth, which includes working with our global Products & Brands team to provide input on product development and our Consumer Marketing team.
Responsabilities
1. Drive the implementation of the local annual marketing strategy and provide strategic input to influence Global Marketing initiatives
2. Translate market dynamics and market insights into creative propositions, new innovations and marketing tactics
3. Implement and execute HQ approved as well as national/regional programs into local marketing plans, which include promotion, pricing, product improvement, and packaging plans.
4. Drive local launches and campaigns from start to finish to ensure execution through the sales force and market uptake
5. Track and analyse performance, market and competitor intelligence and take appropriate action
6. Build and maintain relationships with relevant HCPs, advisory boards and KOLs
7. Prepare and present products and materials/campaigns in collaboration with the Sales Manager CC on national sales meetings
8. Work with customer groups to obtain feedback on market trends, next generation products, competitive activities
9. Initiate Product portfolio management initiatives to optimize product offering.
10. Drive brand awareness campaigns amongst HCPs, educational initiatives and lead generation initiatives in partnership with sales management, HQ and medical affairs team.
11. Be the point of contact for CC products and market to both internal and external stakeholders.
12. Present and train internal and external parties on CC products
13. Coach and lead the marketing coordinator
14. Closely interact with Sr. Market Manager Benelux to set mid & long term strategic directions
15. Ensure BE marketing budget remains in line with company’s objectives
16. Act as liaison between all stakeholders/departments for day to day support within his/her area of responsibilities
17. Play pivotal role in preparing for Annual Business Planning submission, MBR preparation & product supply forecasting (New Product Introductions & existing portfolio)
18. Lead all product related communication towards internal and external stakeholders
19. Test new concepts and methods and aligns with international stakeholders;
20. Develop programs and services which support the product use;
Qualifications/Requirements
21. BSc/MSc in business, marketing or health sciences
22. Minimum 3/5 years of experience in marketing with a healthcare focus
23. Proven strong strategic and analytical skills
24. Strong project management skills
25. Excellent communication skills
26. Previous sales experience preferred
27. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
28. Ability to manage and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
29. Passion to make a difference
30. Fluent in English, Dutch and French
