Your Mission
As Commercial Director, you will:
Lead and grow our global sales organization
Close strategic, high-value supply agreements with top-tier customers
Define pricing and sales strategies aligned with our production roadmap
Benchmark market trends and competition to guide portfolio decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and marketing teams
Build and manage sales tools and reporting systems
Drive customer engagement from pre-sales to post-sales fulfillment
Build a high-performing team to execute long-term supply agreements
Provide clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership
What You Bring
15+ years of commercial experience in EV, battery cell manufacturing, or battery materials
Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Economics or Business; executive education in sales/strategy is a plus
Cultural affinity and awareness
Fluent in English; Korean and Japanese are strong assets
Proven track record in B2B sales with battery cell makers and OEMs
Deep understanding of battery systems (liquid and solid-state)
Experience in leading senior managers in multicultural, international environments
Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and a collaborative spirit
Proven network with c-level of battery cell makers and OEM’s
