1. Assess and rectify aircraft structural damage, modifications, and sheet metal/composite discrepancies within reported downtime, using approved maintenance data.
2. Execute routine maintenance tasks in a safe and secure manner.
3. Complete aircraft documentation accurately.
4. Collaborate closely with engineering and aircraft engineers to minimize downtime and costs.
5. Perform sheet metal/composite shop work and related admin per BA scope and EASA Part 145.
6. Ensure cabin shop meets EASA 145 standards regarding cleanliness, tools, equipment, and stock.
7. Monitor and follow up on ground equipment and the state of the working environment.

8. A3 obtained in a technical school
9. Holder of an approved Certificate indicating he followed a sheet metal and/or composite course or showing experience in sheet metal and/or composite repairs
10. Ability to approach a situation or problem in a structured, methodological and logical way
11. Proficient in English, knowledge of French/Dutch is a plus
12. Knowledge of AMOS is a plus.
