Your RoleAs an Account Manager and Business Development, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing client relationships and matching the right IT solutions and services to their needs. This is a commercial role with a strong human dimension, where you will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and partners.On the Client Side:Proactively prospect and acquire new clients while nurturing long-term business relationships.Identify and analyze client needs, providing tailored IT solutions and strategic advice.Negotiate terms of collaboration and ensure professional follow-up to build client loyalty.On the Market Side:Act as the main point of contact for IT professionals and partners in the consulting ecosystem.Build a strong network of IT decision-makers and industry specialists.Match business opportunities with the right solutions, always with a long-term vision in mind.Maintain daily contact with key stakeholders in the IT and consulting sectors.You are the essential link between business needs and technology expertise .Your ProfileMinimum 5 years of experience in account management and/or business development, preferably within IT consulting.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.Strong commercial mindset with proven ability.Demonstrated "hunter" mentality with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.Established professional network within the IT or consulting ecosystem is a strong asset.Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory.Availability to start within a short timeframe is preferred.
