About the role
As a Customer Satisfaction Leader, you will join our client's team across multiple sites in Belgium. This role is pivotal in driving customer-centric excellence across various programs, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and delivery. You will act as the voice of the customer internally, fostering trust, resolving pain points, and enabling collaboration to maximize customer loyalty and business growth. This position is critical in structuring account teams, anticipating risks, and orchestrating proactive solutions to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
* Ensure a unified voice toward the customer
* Develop and maintain Customer ID Cards to guide account strategies effectively
* Facilitate early engagement with Account Teams to co-construct solutions with customers
* Anticipate customer needs
* Drive transversal coordination to address customer challenges and accelerate decisions
About you
* Higher degree in business, engineering, project management or related fields
* 5+ years of experience within customers success, account management or program leadership (within defense, aerospace, or high-tech industries)
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English
* Passionate about understanding and advocating for customer needs with a problem-solving attitude
* Anticipates risks, acts early, and drives clear priorities to deliver tangible outcomes
* Strong communicator who translates complex ideas into actionable insights for stakeholders
