YOUR ROLE
As a senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you play a key role in supporting the organisation's growth by attracting and selecting the right talent.
Your responsibilities include:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of profiles (from operational profiles to more senior profiles)
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and advise on recruitment strategy.
* Actively sourcing candidates through different channels.
* Conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the selection process.
* Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout.
YOUR PROFILE
* You have extensive experience in talent acquisition of operational profiles
* You have solid experience in a field-based services environment.
* You can work independently and thrive in a changing context.
* You are hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented.
* You are fluent in Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is a plus.
PRACTICAL
* Contract type: Freelance
* Workload: minimum 50% (to be defined over time)
* Duration: 3 months, with possible extension
* Start: As soon as possible
* Location: North of Brussels
