As the Business Intelligence Lead Finance, you will be a key driver in transforming our financial reporting and business steering capabilities through advanced data integration, automation, and artificial intelligence. You will act as a strategic connector between finance, strategy, data, and systems teams, ensuring end-to-end delivery of impactful Finance BI and AI initiatives.
We’re looking for a visionary leader with a strong grasp of finance, data, and technology, who can think conceptually and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Your Responsibilities as a Business Intelligence Lead Finance
1. Bridge Stakeholders: Foster collaboration between finance, business steering, systems, and data teams to deliver integrated, high-quality data models and reporting tools.
2. Drive Innovation: Introduce automation and AI to accelerate processes, enhance efficiency, and improve decision-making.
3. Leverage Group Expertise: Tap into the Liberty Global (our shareholder) network to share knowledge, adopt best practices, and co-create solutions.
4. Strategic Oversight: Monitor and influence the finance systems roadmap, identifying opportunities that align with quality and ROI objectives.
5. Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate BI/AI projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
6. Process Integration: Oversee end-to-end financial processes, connecting the dots across departments to ensure seamless operations.

7. Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Data Management, or a related field.
8. 5–7 years of experience in finance, data management, or business intelligence.
9. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build bridges and inspire collaboration.
10. Strong analytical mindset with a passion for emerging technologies, especially AI and automation.
11. Conceptual thinker with the ability to design and implement data models and strategic frameworks.
12. Proven project management skills; organized, proactive, and results oriented.
