Your Mission As Quality Manager, you are responsible for the Quality Management operations of the plant (products, systems, processes, deliveries) regarding the customers’ satisfaction and quality targets. The Quality Manager is the local process owner of the Quality process. Your Responsibilities You improve and coordinate activities that ensure the product/process/deliveries/suppliers and Quality Management System are in full compliance with IATF 16949, customers & legal requirements, and Eurofit’s procedures. You plan, coordinate, and accomplish internal/external quality audits. You are responsible for customer relations at the quality level and keep/improve customer satisfaction. You consolidate customer complaints (using the requested problem-solving tools, at least 8D & 5why) and chargeback costs to Customers/Suppliers when required. You manage suppliers by monitoring their performance and assist the customer in pushing suppliers to continuous improvement. You are responsible for TWA qualification and follow-up of customer’s approval (PPAP/ISA/PSW) in the plant. You organize quality checks, analysis, and action plans to improve the quality performance. You ensure the update of the process flow chart, Process FMEA, control plan, and backup plan of the plant, piloting a multidisciplinary local team. You ensure smooth, clear, and efficient communication with the Group Quality Manager, escalating critical topics when needed, and the Plant Manager in case of deviations from standard and KPI drops and initiate corrective actions. Your Profile You have a minimum of 3 years experience in Quality Management, preferably in the automotive industry. Knowledge of the automotive market is an advantage. You are IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3 internal auditor. You have excellent MS Office skills. You are fluent in Dutch & English. You have the skills to guide, motivate, develop, and monitor your direct reports. You are open to travel to perform internal audits within the group and support other plants for a short time.
