Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM professional to strengthen our team and contribute to the success of our construction projects. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed models of construction projects based on sketches or preliminary designs.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Setting up a BIM model of a construction project
* Working in accordance with the BIM protocol
* Collaborating closely with team members and the project manager to achieve high-quality results
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A background in architecture, engineering, or a related field
* Proficiency in Revit 3D software
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, Dynamo for Revit, Collaboration for Revit, IFC exports (Solibri, BIMCollab), and other AEC software
* Knowledge of Revit Standards and best practices
Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and be passionate about the construction and infrastructure world.
