Description
* You ensure all Over-the-Counter (OTC) trades are accurately recorded, processed, and conveyed to the external service providers;
* You oversee electronic confirmations related to OTC transactions;
* You manage tasks associated with the OTC lifecycle for both internal and delegated portfolios;
* You are responsible for promptly addressing trade execution, following up on pending trades in accordance with EMIR (European Market Infrastructure Regulation) requirements;
* You monitor the punctuality and accuracy of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards related to trade processes;
* You utilize SNOW (Service Now) for managing support tickets related to trade assistance;
* You ensure compliance with EMIR regulations through oversight, controls, and reporting mechanisms;
* You collaborate closely with securities services and relationship managers to guarantee that trade support services meet established standards;
* You partner with Dealing Services and Investments to deliver exceptional service, aiming to minimize risks and enhance the quality of trade data received;
* You track and report on the service quality provided by external partners through the preparation and analysis of KPIs;
* You act as the primary escalation point for portfolio managers and internal teams on matters related to OTC trade support;
* You escalate issues related to OTC trade support to all pertinent parties—including front office, legal, risk management, and securities services—ensuring timely follow-up and resolution;
* You assist in projects related to OTC trade support, manage exceptions, and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
Profile
Technical Competences
* Proficient in English with strong communication skills;
* In-depth understanding of financial instruments, particularly in listed markets, along with comprehensive knowledge of transaction processing workflows for financial products;
* Familiarity with essential IT applications, specifically MS Office Suite (Excel and Outlook);
* Experience with VBA programming is considered a beneficial asset;
