Purpose of the RoleAs an Expert Brand and Customer Manager (BCM) – Oncology, you will join the Oncology Business Unit for Belgium & Luxembourg, focusing on the Women’s Cancer portfolio. Reporting to the Franchise Lead WC-GI-CDx, you will define and implement marketing and promotional strategies to support the growth of the Oncology portfolio. You will work cross-functionally with medical affairs, sales, digital & data analytics, market access, and other teams to execute the Oncology Business Unit strategy.Key Responsibilities- Translate local market and customer insights into an integrated brand plan, aligned with global/regional strategies and product goals.- Continuously adapt the brand plan based on evolving market dynamics, customer insights, research, and promotional analysis to maximize brand potential.- Serve as the brand, competitor, and market expert for assigned indications.- Deliver impactful marketing initiatives and materials to drive performance.- Maximize the use of commercial and medical channels, leveraging digital and print to ensure optimal customer engagement.- Share and implement best practices across the oncology business unit and regional teams.- Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with the sales team to gather insights, align on strategy, and translate customer needs into effective promotional campaigns.- Lead cross-functional team discussions for assigned indications, ensuring alignment on strategy and activity planning.- Manage the brand budget for assigned indications.Profile RequirementsWe are looking for a contractor who is passionate about marketing, science, and people!- University degree in Life Sciences or a relevant healthcare discipline.- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.- Experience in marketing or project management is preferred.- Previous oncology experience and/or scientific knowledge in oncology is a plus.- Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for your portfolio.- Strong collaborator and team player, able to guide cross-functional teams and align around regional strategy.- Can-do attitude with strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills.- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch, and/or French.Amaris Consulting is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
