Position We’re looking for a proactive, customer‑focused IT Techcnial Support to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will be the first line of technical assistance for our staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all end-user devices, applications, and IT systems. Location : Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area) Start date : at the earliest Tasks and Responsibilities Provide first line support to approximately 100 employees across the company Manage, configure, and troubleshoot end‑point devices (Windows, Linux and Mac laptops, peripherals) Handle user onboarding/offboarding (accounts, hardware, permissions, software setup) Maintain and monitor IT helpdesk tickets: triage, resolve, escalate when necessary Support key business applications (MS 365, Teams, SharePoint, collaboration tools) Maintain inventories of hardware and software licences In addition, and after a period of training / mentoring: Ensure systems remain patched, updated, and compliant with company security policies. Assist with network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, basic LAN issues). Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides. Support small IT projects, rollouts, and improvements. Skills and Experience Educational background in a relevant field 2 to 3 years of prior experience, in an IT support/helpdesk role Strong understanding of Windows 11, endpoint management, and general IT troubleshooting Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin, Active Directory, and device management tools Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPN) Communication skills and a customer-first attitude Ability to prioritise tasks, stay organised, and work independently when needed Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems and technologies Very good English (written and speaking). Considered as Assets Skills with scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.). Exposure to IT security, MFA, conditional access, or compliance tools. Experience supporting hybrid and remote staff.
