Develop strong client satisfaction through customized energy solutions, focusing on renewable assets and energy management systems. Lead the execution of a business development strategy for the Belgian C&I market, driving revenue growth and profitability while ensuring strategic partnerships.
* Proven experience in the Belgian energy market, with a focus on renewable energy solutions such as solar, BESS, and/or EV chargers.
* B2B experience: Proven track record in B2B business development and sales leadership.
* Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and managing a team.
* Strong relationship-building capabilities, with a history of successful client and stakeholder engagements.
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and energy incentives.
* Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
