To support our continued growth and ambitious goals, Avertim is looking for a motivated and proactive Business Support Intern to join our dynamic team.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in management consulting while contributing to strategic initiatives across business development and recruitment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Support Intern, you will work closely with the Business Managers, HRBPs and Consultants to drive Avertim's consulting activities forward. Your tasks will include:
Business Development & Client Needs
* Identify client needs and assess which profiles or services Avertim can propose
* Manage and follow up on client platforms (requests / opportunities)
* Present relevant candidate profiles to client platforms
* Support Business Managers during calls for tenders and offers
* Identify potential new clients and contribute to prospecting efforts
* Participate in PMO activities (reporting, minutes,...)
Internal Projects
* Collaborate with consultants on various internal projects, depending on current business needs
* Support initiatives such as structuring internal tools and documentation (e.G. SharePoint reorganization)
Recruitment & Talent Engagement
* Create, update, follow up and structure job offers, for the Energy & Transport Business Unit
* Support the recruitment process from A to Z (screening, interview, proposal)
* Source consultant profiles to support Business Managers' needs
What We're Looking For:
* You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Management & Strategy or a related field.
* You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.
* You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
* Previous experience in consulting is a plus.
* You are available for minimum 4 months as of June/July 2026.
