Lead and coach a team of accounting professionals Monitor workload, planning and productivity across the department Ensure timely and qualitative delivery for the full client portfolio Review periodic reports, annual accounts, VAT and tax returns Coordinate client audits and maintain strong client relationships Support business development through fee proposals and client onboarding Implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and standardisation Work closely with local management to execute the company strategy Native Dutch or French speaker, fluent in English (C1/C2) Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Master in Tax is a plus ITAA membership required Minimum 5 years of experience in outsourcing, fiduciary or multinational environments Proven experience managing and coaching a team Strong technical knowledge, hands-on mindset and problem-solving attitude Client-focused, organised and quality-driven Able to engage, motivate and build credibility within a team Salary up to 165K yearly depending on seniority and status Full benefits package including company car meal vouchers, eco vouchers, group & hospitalization insurance Hybrid working model with up to 3 days ...
