Context
For a mission at BNP Paribas Fortis, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Investment Team.
The role focuses on transactional investment processes (orders, payments, securities flows) and aims to ensure knowledge continuity, especially in a context of upcoming retirements.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and support investment processes (orders, payments, transactions)
* Act as a bridge between business and IT teams
* Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements
* Ensure knowledge transfer and process continuity
* Identify and implement improvements in workflows and systems
* Document processes, initiatives, and changes
Requirements
🔹 Junior Business Analyst (2–3 years experience)
* 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis or operations
* Interest in financial markets and investments
* Willingness to learn trading and payment flows
* Curious, proactive, and analytical mindset
🔹 Senior Business Analyst (5+ years – Plug & Play)
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst in financial markets
* Background in BNY Mellon, Euroclear, or similar is a plus
* Solid knowledge of securities and trading flows
* Autonomous and able to be operational quickly
