Support Engineer

What you’ll achieve
As the Support Engineer, you will become a key member of the team supporting our Diagnostic Imaging IT (DIIT) and Booking Appointment Healthcare Software Solutions, including Radiology Information Systems (RIS), PACS and other workflow-critical applications.
You will:
1. Provide first line support to healthcare institutions, focusing on technical troubleshooting, workflow optimization and interoperability topics involving HL7, DICOM, REST APIs and SQL-based systems.
2. Provide technical support, contributing to the development and maintenance of statistical and reporting solutions
3. Collaborate with customers, internal technical experts and project teams

Essential Requirements
4. Familiarity with medical standards: DICOM, HL7, IHE profiles.
5. Understanding of radiology, hospital workflows and appointment scheduling processes.
6. Experience with PACS, RIS or clinical IT systems.
7. Hands on experience with SQL Server and reporting/statistical analysis tools.
Desirable Requirements
8. Good working knowledge of English
9. General ICT background (Windows Server, Networking, SQL, basic scripting).
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and French.
11. Passion for technology, healthcare, and continuous learning.
