* Organize documents and reports for Management Meetings
* Monitor and manage internal projects, including action plans
* Oversee car leasing contracts
* Manage internal communications and organize events (meetings, seminars)
* Greet and manage visitors
* C Coordinate catering for internal and external events
* Handle hotel bookings for business trips
* Respond to ad-hoc requests from collaborators and visitors
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Fluent English language proficiency
* Excellent office tool skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various hierarchical levels
