We need you!The project: Our client in the banking sector is looking for an IT and Cyber Risk Management Advisor to join their team.Function description:You are responsible for supporting and monitoring the IT and Cyber Security risks owned by Tribes, Functions, or Businesses.You perform IT and Cyber security risk quality assurance from the creation, through the treatment and until the closure of the risk.You perform IT and Cyber risk assessments on Shadow IT situations (applications that fall outside of the IT governance).You provide advice and support on IT and Cyber Security Risk Management to internal IT and Business stakeholders.You report IT and Cyber security risks and overall risk posture to Cyber Security, IT, Functions or Business Management.You contribute to improve the risk management methods and tools considering your field experience as well as best practices coming from the Group.Is this you?Sound knowledge of English as well as (at least) one local language.MasterSecurity certifications like CISSP, CISM, CIPP, CCSK are preferredAt least 8 years of acknowledged experience in the technical and/or functional domain.Experience on linking different ISMS and IT Risk processes is a mustKnowledge of control frameworks and audit methodologies.Significant experience in working with cloud services (SaaS, HSP, AWS)Knowledge of software development security best practicesExperience in release management, change management, incident management, testingExperience in banking environmentAutonomy, commitment, and perseverance in personal organization.Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, team player.Results-oriented, responsible for his/her tasks, resourceful.Excellent English writing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Good analytical, and synthesis skills, ability to produce structured and concise documents, be precise and methodological.Accurate & control minded, but flexible.How afarax supports you?You benefit from our extensive networkYou will have access to projects that fit your expertiseWe help and support you throughout your projectWe offer the possibility to build a valuable and lasting partnershipCheck out more projects on: https://afarax.be/jobs/type/freelance/
