* Develop and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
* Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive hunting
* Leverage global banking, corporate, and investment banking expertise to address complex client needs
* Offer tailored wealth planning, investment, lending, and structuring solutions
* Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, family offices, executives, and wealthy families
* Collaborate with internal experts across international offices to deliver cross-border solutions
* Ensure best-in-class client experience through open-architecture advisory and high service quality
* Contribute to the expansion of the Wealth Management presence in regions such as Limburg, Leuven, Kortrijk, and Roeselare
Jouw profiel
* Proven track record in Wealth Management, Private Banking, M&A, Family Office, or related fields
* Strong hunter mindset and extensive network within the entrepreneurial community
* Ability to attract new wealthy clients and convert leads into long-term relationships
* Deep understanding of complex financial needs and sophisticated investment solutions
* Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and motivated to build a portfolio from the ground up
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch; French is an asset
* High integrity, discretion, and client-centricity
