Your Role
As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you combinedeep technical expertise with security governance insight .
You actively contribute to infrastructure, cloud, and security operations while identifying risks and translating technical realities into structured security improvements. You play a key role in strengthening and maintaining our Information Security Management System (ISMS).
You act as a bridge between operations and management, ensuring security is embedded in daily practice, not just documented in policy.

Key Responsibilities
* Participate operationally in infrastructure, cloud, and security projects
* Identify and analyze technical risks and vulnerabilities
* Implement and harden security measures across internal and client environments
* Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ISMS
* Implement and maintain processes aligned withISO 27001
* TranslateNIS2 requirements into concrete technical and organizational measures
* Support audit processes and compliance initiatives
* Coordinate and follow up on security incidents
* Report on security KPIs, risk posture, and compliance status
* Advise management based on risk assessments and technical findings
Your Profile
Background as aSystem Engineer or Infrastructure Specialist
Strong technical expertise in:
* Microsoft environments (Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server)
* Networking, firewalls, and security appliances
* Endpoint and server security
Profound knowledge of Network Unix/Linux systems (e.g., Ubuntu, Debian, …)
Hands‑on experience with scripting and automation tools, such as:
* Bash
* Perl
* Python
* Ansible
* Puppet
Proven experience withISO 27001 (mandatory)
Strong knowledge ofNIS2 requirements (mandatory)
Knowledge ofDORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) is a strong plus
Experience with risk assessments and audit processes
Ability to translate technical risks into structured policies and procedures
Analytical, pragmatic, and communicative
Able to work independently while being a strong team player
Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP, CISM, or similar are considered an asset.
