As a Customer Service OTC, your responsibilities are:
* Manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery in line with company standards.
* Collaborate closely with internal departments to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.

* Prepare and analyze reports related to customer orders and service levels.

A successful Customer Service OTC should have:
* Fluency in both English and Dutch, with strong communication skills.
* A background in customer service, preferably within the Life Science industry.
* Proven ability to manage order-to-cash processes efficiently.
* Proficiency in SAP.
