* Set up and manage IT infrastructure, including networks and servers such as file, email, and application servers.
* Maintain and improve systems to ensure stability and support business growth.
* Provide daily IT support to users, troubleshooting issues with computers, laptops, and software.
* Respond to user requests on time and keep records of problems and solutions.
* Act as the main contact between the Thailand factory and an international IT team.
* Support system updates, testing, and share user feedback or issues with the head office.
* Install and manage software such as Microsoft Office, and other tools, ensuring proper licensing.
* Take care of the server room, including monitoring servers, storage, and system performance.
* Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance to avoid system issues.
