Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating shipments and transits, tracking incoming articles, and overseeing the procurement of office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and process purchase orders, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
* Track shipment and transit activities, working with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
* Maintain accurate records of incoming articles, checking goods received against purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
* Manage the purchase of office supplies and ensure sufficient stock levels.
* Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to track order timelines, deliveries, and quality compliance.
* Maintain organized logs, records, and reports related to purchasing and inventory.
* Provide general administrative and coordination support to the office and purchasing team.
Requirements:
* Secondary education diploma (e.g., Diploma van secundair onderwijs or equivalent).
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.+
* Previous experience in office coordination, administration, or purchasing/logistics is a plus.
* Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience is an advantage.
* Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with import/export documentation and logistics operations.
