Product Industrialisation Manager / PLM Project Manager – ALTEN Belgium
The Position
As part of our ongoing growth, ALTEN Belgium is looking for a Product Industrialisation Manager / PLM Project Manager to join our teams and work on client projects located in Belgium.
As a Product Industrialisation Manager / PLM Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
• Managing industrialisation and product lifecycle activities from design to manufacturing
• Coordinating product and project management activities within industrial programs
• Supporting PLM and ERP integration across product lifecycle processes
• Ensuring manufacturing readiness and availability of industrial documentation
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams on product evolution and process optimization
• Participating in industrial process improvement initiatives
• Following up on planning, risks, deliverables, and operational milestones
• Interfacing with technical stakeholders in electrical and electromechanical domains
Your Profile
• Master’s degree or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• 4–5 years of relevant industrial experience (minimum)
• Strong experience with PLM tools
• Experience in industrial environments with a focus on product lifecycle management
• Project or product management experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Technical background in one or more of the following areas:
* Electrical wiring / cabling
* Power electronics
* Electromechanics
* Industrial electrical systems
* • Knowledge of PLM/ERP ecosystems
* • Fluent in English (mandatory)
* • French B1 (mandatory)
Nice to Have:
• Experience with industrialisation projects and manufacturing process optimization
• Knowledge of railway, automotive, aerospace, or heavy industrial sectors
• Experience working with cross-functional industrial teams
