Drive growth of Products Portfolio Sales in Benelux, through Indirect Channel.
The candidate will be responsible to deliver Sales against a sub-region-specific target and will work closely with a diverse functional team, including Product Management, Proposal Team, Finance, and others, to ensure that operating plan targets are met or exceeded.
Accountability
Direct reporting to ES I&T Sales Director Northern Europe.
Role summary/purpose
* Develop and maintain an advanced knowledge of all VWTS products, according to the role.
* Promote and position consolidated VWTS technologies as well as NPIs on the market.
* Use multiple VWTS products to creatively solve customer challenges and issues and turn them into opportunities; knowledge of the process industry will be key to regional development.
* Support existing Channel Partners, technically and commercially, building strong and durable relationships within VWTS guidelines.
* Expand Partners/OEM network, following internal qualification procedures.
* Develop and oversee growth strategies for different markets and segments, in coordination with Product Management.
* Manage the entire sales process for assigned clients including lead generation, qualifying of opportunities, forecasting, and closing deals, working till revenue recognition.
* Meet operating plan targets for the region.
* Participate in the operating rhythms necessary to support operations and growth within the region.
* Coordinate the development of proposals and quotations with the Proposals team.
* Use and always keep updated VWTS workflows/tools for tracking opportunities/sales, etc.
* Handle client complaints and issues as they occur, with a problem-solving approach and respectful of VWTS guidelines.
* Always maintain focus on compliance, internally and externally.

Qualifications
What do you offer?
The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
* Fluency in written and spoken Dutch, French, and English.
* 5+ years of experience in sales of water treatment applications and products OR at least 5 years’ experience in the water treatment field.
* Proven sales record and demonstrated success in complex technical and relationship-driven business.
* Demonstrated skills to energize, motivate, and drive multi-disciplinary teams, which are not direct reports.
* Strong negotiator and able to work with senior industrial leaders, top management, and their technical and operational staff.
* A high skill, knowledge, and experience in selling Veolia VWTS i-Service offerings.
* Willingness to work independently (after proper training) and be a self-starter.
* Flexibility and problem-solving attitude.
* High focus on targets and their achievement.
* Ability to effectively present ideas and information through spoken and written word.
* Ability to work closely with multiple groups in a cross-functional/cultural environment.
